I'm Janaina Sofia. I'm a business strategist and mentor for soul-led female founders.
I'm based in Gold Coast, Australia. I like coffee and champagne equally, and I believe running a creative business should be fun (and profitable)
At the age of 23, I started my business from my bedroom. I earned $400 a week and lived on a diet of sourdough and hummus. Fast forward to today. I coach hundreds of creatives to skyrocket their businesses without sacrificing their freedom. I've built a 7 figure business with a small team. I earn money while I sleep and I LOVE helping other creatives do the same.

My journey
I have helped hundreds of people around the world transform their gifts, talents, and passions into a purpose-driven career or business, allowing them to live a prosperous life.
I left a successful corporate career in Business Development in Brazil to pursue my dream of living in Australia. I used to be a Sales Executive work for the largest education corporation in Brazil, called Senac.
In 2018
After a spiritual awakening, I founded Janaina Sofia Human Development and have since developed hundreds of women around the world to achieve careers and businesses aligned with their highest purpose.
The successful results I've achieved are driven by clarity, strategy, mindset, and self-confidence.
In 2019
I achieved my Australian citizenship, a reflection of my accomplishments in sales and my leadership in training and developing high-performing sales teams.
